an AI voice tool that collects real feedback from frontline teams.

builders on a site, or an IT team that HR wants to understand better. people just talk, and the AI turns it into honest feedback about engagement. I'm building it with my friends, and right now we're validating the idea.

Why I built this

Hi, I'm Mikalai LinkedIn, and I build Nodly in public.

for a long time I was afraid to show anything. but the best defense is offense, so I built this site.

I built it for three things:

  1. Show the fails. tell everyone about my mistakes and fuckups, and track it all in one place.
  2. Fight the fear. beat my own fear, and maybe inspire others to fight theirs and build something too.
  3. Find my people. people who also want to make something useful and cool, and have fun doing it.

Oh, and with Claude and ChatGPT, it's the best time for non-technical people to build something.

So I made this fuckup counter. it goes up every time I mess up.
